Oh by the way, I like the last sentence of the 4th-week therapy:Des petits écarts ne sont pas des rechutes mais elles vous rappellent que vous devez vous concentrer sur votre but.
I don't know if I'm allowed to take the 10-hair out as a petit écart, but.. I will :)
